Quick Ship Flexco 650 Gray Heavy Duty Diamond Rubber Stair Tread 72 inch offers a square profile designed for demanding stair applications. This model is a top pick for facilities that need long-term reliability and safety where the foot traffic never lets up-busy office towers, education buildings, or healthcare environments. Made in the USA, it helps facility managers control costs and downtime by combining proven durability with straightforward maintenance.

Each tread measures 72 inches in length and 12 inches in width-dimensions that are generous for most commercial stair stretches and help minimize seams or vulnerable gaps. The square profile sits flush over sharp-edged steps, giving each tread a stable, finished edge. The heavy-duty diamond surface isn't just for traction (though it does that job very well); it's meant to take on repeated scrapes, heavy rolling carts, and whatever debris finds its way inside. You don't have to worry about scuffs or early signs of wear showing up in the first season.

The tread is produced with commercial-grade rubber formulated for impact and above-average wear resistance. Rolling loads, steady traffic, water, and cleaning agents are routine challenges here. The included 10-year warranty means long-term performance is backed from the start. For project managers and maintenance staff alike, that brings reassurance with a simple install and offers value throughout its service life.

Its neutral gray color quietly matches up with most flooring and wall finishes-never overwhelming the space but always present as a practical detail. This tread belongs to Flexco's Square Series, so if you're phasing out old materials or standardizing finishes, it lines up visually and dimensionally with other stair safety products in the range. If fast delivery is a concern, the quick ship feature addresses tight deadlines and last-minute project changes.

Installing Flexco 650 is meant to avoid surprises-just use a reliable commercial adhesive, select based on your stair base, and you're ready. Maintenance remains low-key: the surface sheds dust and mops clean without needing special treatment, meaning daily cleaning routines don't slow down. This tread is frequently chosen for schools, clinics, and offices, where reliability is more than a buzzword-it's a basic requirement.
