Nationwide Top Dealer Flexco 60 inch Gray 120 Heavy Duty Smooth Rubber Stair Tread is a durable stair solution intended for steps in high-use areas. This is a product meant for facilities that demand both long-term performance and low maintenance-settings where every detail matters and peace of mind is valuable. Assembled in the United States and supported by a 10-year warranty, it is a dependable pick when you're dealing with staircases that see round-the-clock traffic.
The tread measures 60 inches in length and 12 1/4 inches wide, which gives it a broad enough surface to fit most standard and commercial steps with minimal adjustment needed. You notice right away that the rubber has a substantial feel-it isn't thin or insubstantial, and it handles day-to-day wear without losing its structure. The square-edged profile allows the tread to sit neatly atop each stair, offering a clear, professional appearance that integrates quietly into modern interiors.
Its gray color is practical and works across a range of commercial palettes, showing resilience to scuffs and everyday cleaning agents. There's no pattern or texture here-just a smooth surface that's easy to maintain and clean, which proves useful in facilities where sanitation protocols are strict. This makes it especially useful in areas like schools, medical buildings, and public access spaces that cannot afford unsightly or slippery stairways.
Sold without pre-applied adhesives or extra accessories, you can choose the most appropriate installation method for your specific job or surface needs-no extra waste or mismatched components. The Heavy Duty Smooth line fits into a wide variety of applications, supporting quick installations and consistent results in both upgrades and new builds. It's the specification managers ask for when reliability and straightforward upkeep matter most.
