How soon can I get my flooring
Most orders are approved and processed the day we receive your payment. Shipping times vary according to your product selection and location. General rule of thumb is 3-5 business days.
I need my flooring ASAP, what can be done?
Lemon Flooring has a dedicated logistics team that can make yesterday happen today. Call us today and inquire about the “Magic Wand.”
How do I place an Order?
We want you to feel as secure as possible; therefore we offer a few different ways to place an order:
Order online - When you place an order through our Web site you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24 hours a day.
Call us - Our sales and service team is ready to place your order over the phone. Our staff does not work on commission, so you will never be pressured. You can reach us 510-698-5142 Mon - Fri 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sat - Sun 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, but most manufacturers charge a small restock fee. Accessory items and special orders are not returnable. Please see the return policy for more details.
Payments
Are your products first quality?
Yes, all of our products are first quality products shipped directly from the manufacturer. All of the products Lemon Flooring sells are Nationally Recognized Brands. We do not sell any private label or “off-brand” products that are not consumer tested and proven.
How will I be sure I receive the exact product I need?
Every manufacturer has a specific code (SKU#) for each product. We order your flooring based on these specific SKUs, color, and product description to ensure the exact product you have chosen will arrive as ordered.

Do We Ship to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii?
Yes, Lemon Flooring ships merchandise to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Free Shipping?
Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free. (Please note that free shipping may not always include delivery to your residence.) In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we provide free shipping. In addition we won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay.
Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and surprise you with prohibitive shipping and handling fees or oversize charges at the end of the checkout process. Make sure you know the total cost of your purchase when shopping around.
