How to Order

Welcome to Qualityflooring4less.com. Shopping is easy, convenient, and secure. Simply select the flooring you want to purchase and follow the instructions below. It's simple to place your order online. Once you've added items to your Shopping Cart, you'll follow a few simple steps to complete your order.

For products that are able to be added to the cart

  • Check your cart to make sure you have what you want.
  • Fill out the shipping and billing information.
  • Confirm your order using your credit card.
  • Print out the confirmation page.

Why do some products have no price?

Some manufacturer's do not allow pricing to be shown online.
Fill out the either the "Why No Price" form to receive the best pricing and shipping via email or simply call 510-698-5142

How do I place an order over the phone?

This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely.

Do you always have products available?

Yes, Most items are in stock and available to ship! If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Usually less than one week! Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that in the rare event your flooring cannot be delivered in a timely manner you will be issued a full and immediate refund. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us at 817-677-1123 and we will be happy to assist you.

How to redeem your promotion code?

REDEEMING OFFER CODES. Simply enter your offer code in the text box marked “Offer Code” on the Billing page during the Checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page.
Please Note: Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.

How are sales tax used?

We collect state sales tax on orders being will-called or picked up at distribution centers when required by law in that state. Not all states require us to collect sales tax - If you have questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to Contact Us.

What are the payment options?

* For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

Where is my order?

Lemon Flooring starts processing your order as soon as we receive confirmation. Once shipment or pick up information is available an e-mail will be sent with the pertinent information regarding your order.
Customers can always e-mail shipping@lemonflooring.com at any time for an up-to-the-minute order update as well.

How fast is my order processed and when will I get it?

Most orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).Shipping times vary according to your product selection and location. Usually the general time is 3-5 business days.

What if I have a question about my order?

When you click on Order Tracking you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and order information. An order update e-mail will provide you with detailed information about your current order. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be e-mailed to you. To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 817-677-1123. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to our return/exchange policy.

Do I receive a warranty?

All products come with the full manufacturer's warranty. Lemon Flooring is an actual brick and mortar flooring retailer so you receive the best warranty with your purchase. The only difference between purchasing local vs. online is the price you pay.

How do I receive my order?

We have residential and commercial delivery available. Also some items qualify for shipping options such as free shipping, free pickup, or $99.00 business delivery.
